Digital communication in the supply chain is a must today. A 1:1 connection between business partners is complex to set up and must be maintained. In addition to the technology, the (even) greater challenge is identical content on both sides (product and address master data). For trouble-free machine-to-machine communication, technology and content must match. Permanent processes are required to maintain identical content between the business partners.

Supedio supports with its own B2B platform for electronic data exchange from order to invoice. With only 1 connection, electronic communication can take place with N partners (1:N). With smart algorithms, identical master data is achieved on both sides, the basis for efficient and effective decision-making and partnership.

We offer a full managed service for the one-time onboarding and maintenance of EDI communication. We create electronic invoices according to EU EN 16931 (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD); also via extraction of a normal PDF invoice. Likewise, orders via e-mail or PDF can be transformed and transmitted in the desired EDI communication. Product master data of your customers can be checked cyclically and/or permanently for compliance with the supplier catalog.

Our business model is based on Software as a Service (SaaS) in combination with Pay Per Use (PPU). Thus, there are no (high) initial (license) costs. Our Managed Services are web based and do not require local installations.

While competitors focus on technical aspects, our focus is additionally on synchronous content. Only if product master data between business partners are identical and valid addresses are used, an automated data exchange between machines can take place. Cost reductions through efficiency gains are realized in further processes like e.g. incoming goods to invoice control. Business Intelligence can only be “intelligent” if it is based on complete and correct data. Supedio ensures this.
